All products sold by Alovian are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase has been completed and the files have been made available for download, we generally do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Not reading the product description before purchase
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
